3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we bring professional expertise, experience, and care, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, decisions, or results related to IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, or school-based determinations. Final decisions rest with school districts and governing authorities.

4. Payments, Fees, and Financial Transactions

  • All fees for services are disclosed prior to purchase or engagement.
     
  • Payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
     
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
     
  • Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
     

5. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel services with written notice.
     
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
     
  • Services already rendered are non-refundable.
     
  • Missed appointments without proper notice may be forfeited.
     
  • We reserve the right to withdraw services at any time if boundaries, safety, or ethical standards are violated.
